Today I ate Dubai mochi cookies (Dubai jjondduk cookies) 🥜🍫
The stretchy, chewy texture comes mainly from marshmallows 🤍
When stir-fried with butter and mixed with cocoa powder and skim milk, it becomes something like mochi 🍡
It’s a bit firmer than mochi but very chewy, with a texture like fresh caramel 😋
It was delicious and satisfying to chew ♡
The pistachio kataifi was crunchy, slightly sweet, and fragrant with a lovely pistachio aroma 💚
I’d love to eat more sweets using pistachio kataifi again ♡
