Ankake crispy yakisoba is a dish made with fragrant fried noodles topped with thick sauce♪
The ingredients for the Nagasaki Sara Udon were pork belly, cabbage, bean sprouts, onion, shrimp, squid, kamaboko, carrot, quail eggs, and wood ear mushrooms.
For the ankake crispy yakisoba, I used bok choy, pork belly, napa cabbage, carrot, wood ear mushrooms, bamboo shoots, shrimp, and quail eggs.
The Sara Udon had crispy noodles with thick sauce, and the contrast was delicious♪
The soy sauce ankake crispy yakisoba had very fragrant noodles with the aroma of lard and was very satisfying😋
