Today I ate soft soy sauce rice crackers and soft okaki🍘✨
These are “Niigata Nure Senbei” and “Nure Okaki” from Iwatsuka✨
As the name suggests, they are moist and not crispy🫢
They have a chewy, soft, squishy texture♪
The flavor is slightly sweeter than regular senbei or okaki, and very delicious😋
Senbei and okaki are traditional Japanese snacks.
You can enjoy the savory soy sauce aroma, the fragrance of rice, and the crispy texture♪
Today I tried the soft and moist version of them.
They taste amazing together with milk🤤
