Today I had a raw shrimp salad with sriracha mayo🧡
Right now, a dish made with a mix of sriracha sauce, mayonnaise, tobiko, and diced salmon is trending♡
This time, I made it with raw shrimp🦐
Sriracha sauce is a spicy and tangy chili sauce from Thailand, made with chili peppers, garlic, and vinegar🌶️🇹🇭
It tastes like sweet chili sauce without the sweet part♪
It’s about as spicy as Tabasco, but when mixed with mayo, it becomes a delicious creamy spiciness♪
It went really well with the raw shrimp♡
This time, I made two types: regular sriracha mayo shrimp and one mixed with buldak sauce.
It’s hard to tell, but from your view, the left is the regular, and the right is the buldak one♪
The buldak version was spicier❤️‍🔥
Personally, I liked the regular one best♡
You can try it with other seafood you like, not just salmon♡
There’s also a shrimp yukhoe bowl♪
