Today I ate rock oysters🦪Raw oysters are in season right now🦪🤍They were incredibly plump and creamy🫢I enjoyed them with lemon, soy sauce, vinegared gochujang, and ponzu✨They were all delicious, but my favorite was definitely ponzu♪My drink was Chablis (white wine), which is said to pair perfectly with raw oysters🥂
