Today I ate various kinds of shellfish🐚✨ Whelk, surf clam, and ark shell♪ The whelk and ark shell were raw✨ I don’t usually eat shellfish, so I rarely get the chance to film them. They were incredibly fresh, and the texture surprised me🫢♡ I especially loved the super crunchy texture of the whelk😻 I ate them with wasabi soy sauce, soy mayo, gochujang mayo, sesame oil with salt, sudachi with sea salt, and lemon with sea salt. I also had shiso leaves, sea grapes, and sushi rice♪ My drink is Kirin Lemon🍋
