Today I ate marinated salmon with mayo sauce and an overflowing salmon roe bowl 🐟🍚
I bought the salmon and salmon roe at Costco ♪
The salmon was rich and buttery with a smooth texture, and the salmon roe was very fresh and delightfully popping ♪
Because it was marinated, the salmon had a slightly chewy texture ✨
I marinated it with soy sauce, sake, mirin, and sesame oil.
The mayo sauce is made with mayonnaise and Caspian Sea yogurt.
It was really delicious!
I want to eat fresh salmon again 🐟🧡
