Today I ate grilled beef marucho✨
This dish is called daechan in Korea.
When deep-fried in the fat that comes out of the marucho (beef small intestine), it becomes crispy♪
The taste is like delicious yakiniku offal💕
It was crispy, fatty and very sweet♡
From the perspective of the people, the one on the left is unseasoned and the one on the right is seasoned.
I ate the unseasoned one with soy sauce and gochujang sauce😋
The soy sauce sauce went really well with it♡
The one with seasoning was completely delicious as yakiniku♡
I ate it with stir-fried chives and onions and green onion kimchi for a refreshing taste♪
I had cold barley tea♪
